The most exquisite chocolate you will ever taste! Amedei's Porcelana is made from rare genetically pure porcelana (porcelain) criollo beans which are a translucent white colour. Amedei makes a limited number of bars each year from porcelana beans harvested from small plantations in Venezuela. 

 

This 70% dark chocolate combines intensity and extraordinary strength with an alluring delicacy. It has a flavour of roasted almonds alternating with hints of olive oil. Its perfect level of acidity imparts freshness, leaving the mouth completely clean and immediately wanting more.
