Through hard work and dedication, Amedei is the sole buyer of cacao beans from the coveted Chuao, a cacao producing peninsula in Venezuela. Amedei's Chuao chocolate is made exclusively from these beans.

 

This legendary 70% dark chocolate has an initial flavour of plums and red fruits, with a luxurious well-rounded flavour. Cecilia Tessieri persevered to establish the correct strength of this chocolate, and found that the flavour improves after a 20 day refinement period. Taste a legend!
